This is a two-way partnership.

We're asking for something real: access to your engineering workflows, honest feedback (including when things don't work), and willingness to work collaboratively on the hard coordination problems you're facing.

Design partner pricing is available on request after application review. We're flexible with organizations at different stages.

How long is the design partner commitment?

There's no minimum commitment. We ask for a genuine attempt at integration and feedback; if it's not working for your team, you can stop at any point.

What if we're not ready to integrate yet but want to stay informed?

What data does LoomStack access?

LoomStack accesses your engineering toolchain (GitHub, Jira, etc.) via the integrations you configure. We never access your codebase directly — agents access it via the APIs you provide. Full data handling details are available in our Security documentation.

Do we need to sign an NDA?

A mutual NDA is standard for design partner relationships. We'll provide one with the partnership agreement.
